High Altitude Indica Grows

[justicebzwieg]

Above about 2000 metres the UV is intense, nights are cold even in July and the growing season is short, which is the environment the original Hindu Kush indica populations came from. Lines with that background tend to cope, while modern hybrids bred in indoor rooms often bleach and stall in the mountain sun. Reports from members growing at altitude in the Rockies, the Alps and the Andes, with strain notes, are collected on https://kushindicaseeds.com in one thread. Starting indoors and hardening off slowly matters even more up there.
